Go Gemini!! It's my birthday

The title was from the song "Booty Music." I only saw the lyrics just now.

It was my birthday last June 1. Believe it or not, I'm 17!! 17 and still childish. Live with that or leave, NOW! Heh.

What's up?! Early in the morning, I packed my things (clothes, slippers, towels, etc) to my trolley bag ready for this week's trip to Elbi. After I've finished with it, I went to Pag-asa because me, ate Tata, ate Joan (with her kid Ericka) will be going to SM Annex to have our hairs cut. Ate Tata asked me to go to their house. I ate lunch at once and went there. It's about 2pm and they still haven't eaten nor taken a bath. *What time will we arrive by that?!* While waiting for them, I explored ate Tata's laptop while eating some chocolates. :) I tried the JASC Paintshop and followed the tutorial on making the background transparent. I did it!! Haha. I want to learn Adobe Photoshop SO BAD!!

At 3pm, we left their house and took a cab to SM Annex. We went straight to Tony and Jackey's salon. We had our names listed for haircut. We sat inside and looked at their catalogs for some Korean-style hairstyles. We had the hairstyles in our minds and decided to go out for a while. One of the assistants there told us to go back after 2 hours because we're still #14 in the list. We went to the nearby SM. I think that's the main SM. I'm confused on that 3 SMs (whether it's North Edsa, The Block, or Annex), I don't know which is which. We went to Watsons, Ideal Vision, and Comic Alley and I bought some things there. Then we ate at Food Court. I ordered Japanese Food again, the one with Sushi, because I want to try to eat one again. But I didn't eat it all of the foods in my bento esp. the sushis because I still remember my past experience with sushi. After eating, we hurried back to the salon because it's already been two hours since we left. We saw a new catalog. Past is past. The hairstyles there are better than the one we previously looked at. The funny part is when someone saw a nice style, all of us would like it and we're battling over whose going to have that style. Haha. I suggested that we all have the same styles but they don't like it. Ate Joan was the first one to let go and chose another one. Me and Ate Tata are still whining to each other. Haha. Who's going to give up? Ate Tata showed me a hairstyle. Probably luring me. Hehe. At first, I still like the one we both like but in the end, I gave up and chose the shorter one. Finally, we're all set. :)

At about 8:30 pm, one of the assistant walked towards us and said sorry and that we just go back tomorrow because they will close at 9pm. What did you just say?! We were here since 4pm and we waited for almost 5 hours, knowing that you listed us for haircut, and now you're asking us to go?! How dare you!! Ate Joan got shaken and said that sorry isn't accepted. A minute later, a fuss was created. Before Ate Joan was able to talk to the manager, the Korean guy (one of the hairstylists) signaled that it's OK, that he's still going to have our hair cut. Good thing he's kind.

Ate Tata was the first one to be entertained then I was next. WOAH. I now have a BANG and ate Tata now has BANGS (see the difference. lolz). (We didn't tip because we were a bit pissed). Ate Joan didn't have hair cut anymore since they made her angry and she also sympathized with the hairstylists who had no rest since we went there(or maybe since the opening time). According to the source ate Tata got, there were only 2 stylists that day but still the manager were ordering to entertain more customers. The manager doesn't seem to care with his people, all he wants is money. That calls for AMBUSH!! Haha.

We walked all our way in search for taxis and we arrived at Pasig at almost 11pm. Ate Tata accompanied me home. Thank you ate Tata. :)

P.S. Ate Tata paid for my haircut. It's her birthday treat for me.
P.P.S. I've come face to face with a Korean (during the bangs cutting) haha. He's not cute, okay. What I like is to see Korean actors some day. hehe. ^^
P.P.S. Thanks to all the people who greeted me today. Love you all. o:]

Another week had passed..

..and now I barely got 1 week 'til school starts.
I got to make most out of it!! :)

Last week, I just edited my profile layout in Plurk and I somehow manage to learn how to edit my layout Blogspot, but not much, only CSS. I still got to learn more. I also make it a point to visit some of the usual sites that I have joined like Friendster, Multiply, Facebook, and of course -- Plurk, to get in touch with my friends and classmates. So yeah, I was in front of the computer for almost 12 hours every day last week. Actually, that was how my life revolved this whole summer. Bummer!! I haven't even been productive with that much time I've spent in front of the PC. I didn't learn the things that I wanted to learn SO BAD because I was effin lazy and out of focus.

Aside from absorbing radiation, I also babysit my tito's girlfriend's daughter. She's Hannah, 4 years old, and really makulit. My tito told me that I'll be taking care of her for two days so I agreed. But they didn't come to fetch Hannah when that 2 days ended. He should have at least told us beforehand because we also got things to do, heh. Anyway, I like kids so it's ok!! :] But because of that, I'll never agree to babysit her again. hehe. :]

My mother also celebrated her birthday last Friday and guess what? Her birthday gift for herself was AN INJURY!! Yeah, she got herself into an accident that made her nail in her thumb [foot] be removed. That was such a painful story to hear. I don't want to hear it because every time I hear the word blood, I just get weak.

Since me and my mother's birthday are just a few days apart [Hers is May 29 and mine is June 1], we celebrated it for only one day so as to save money. hehek. The double celebration was held last Sunday. Every time somebody celebrates a birthday in our family, each one of us will have a share in the food. It's kinda like a gift to the celebrant. :] So for our birthday, we just cooked one dish, Tito Jay cooked tsupageti, Tito Boyet bought a cake, and ate Tata's treat was ice cream. It's not much because we are in a financial crisis because of some things but still we make it a point to celebrate our birthdays even with just a simple get-together. :]

And OH!! I got a new puppy!! Now that my good ol' dog Barak was given away, I was so happy to have another one!! :D Really, you don't know how happy I am to have a puppy or dog. :] I named him Hayden since the name of our dogs are adopted from personalities that were famous at the time they were given to us. Say, Bugoy, and Barak. I love them both!! :] My first dog was named differently. His / her name is Cookie. I barely remember if Cookie is a girl or boy because I was too little when I had him. But I remember perfectly Cookie's appearance [Japanese Spitz] and kakulitan. :]
